Web design built to rank, not just to look good.
Plenty of Malaysian businesses pay twice for one website: once to a designer for the looks, then again to an SEO agency to fix what the designer built. We build and rank our own sites, so yours is structured for Google and AI search from the first line of code.
Most websites get rebuilt twice
The first build is judged on a mockup: colours, fonts, a slideshow. Six months later the owner notices nobody finds the site, and the retrofit begins. Slow pages, missing headings, no structured data, text locked inside images. Retrofitting costs more than building it right, and some of it never gets fixed.
What 'built to rank' actually means
Core Web Vitals pass before launch, not after a complaint. Every page has one clear topic, headings a machine can follow, and structured data that tells Google and AI assistants what your business is. Local pages connect to your Google Business Profile so the website and the map listing reinforce each other.
You own everything
A common deal in Malaysia is the rented website: monthly fees forever, and if you stop paying, the site vanishes with the agency. We do not do that. The domain sits in your name, the code and content belong to you, and the analytics accounts are handed over on day one. If you leave, you take the whole thing with you.
What every build includes
- Design and build, new site or rebuild of an existing one
- Core Web Vitals passing before launch
- Structured data so Google and AI assistants can read your business
- Local landing pages wired to your Google Business Profile
- English and Chinese versions when your customers need both
- Analytics and Search Console set up, then handed over to you
Web design, honestly answered
How much does a website cost in Malaysia?
Template sites run roughly RM1,500 to RM3,000, custom builds RM5,000 to RM15,000 and up. We quote a fixed project price after scoping, so the number is agreed before work starts. Be careful with very cheap monthly deals: many are rentals where you never own the site.
How long does a build take?
A typical small-business site takes three to six weeks from kickoff to launch, and most of that time goes into the content. A rebuild of an existing site can be faster because the material already exists. We agree the timeline in the same document as the price.
Will my new site rank automatically?
No. A well-built site removes the technical handbrake, but ranking still takes content, reviews, and time. What we promise is that the site will never be the reason you cannot rank, and our own tools verify it: the crawler and rank tracker we run on your site are the same ones we run on ours.
Can you fix my current site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. If the platform is sound we would rather repair than rebuild: fix the speed, the structure, and the markup, and keep your existing URLs and their history. The free check tells us which side of that line your site is on.
