Privacy Policy
We keep this short and honest. Here's what we collect when you use this site, why, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit the free-check form, we collect the details you give us: your business name, town/area, what you offer, your website or listing (optional), and your email or WhatsApp number. For service enquiries, we collect your name, email, selected service, message and optional phone number. We also keep basic server logs (IP, browser), website analytics, and advertising measurement as described below.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to prepare and send your free check and reply to you. We also measure site use and whether our ChatGPT ads lead to enquiries. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up with you, and delete them on request.
Your rights (PDPA)
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure site use. We also load the OpenAI advertising pixel automatically on public pages to measure enquiries successfully received by our website and contact-button clicks. It can use cookies, ad-click identifiers, page and browser information, and hashed versions of entered email addresses or phone numbers to match activity with ad interactions. Contact-button clicks do not prove that a message was sent. If you previously declined ad measurement on this browser, we continue to honour that choice. Browser tracking protections may also block measurement without affecting enquiries. We do not send enquiry message text or private report pages as conversion events.
Third parties
Our hosting and email providers help store and answer enquiries. Google processes website analytics. OpenAI receives conversion and matching data under its Conversion Terms and may process it outside Malaysia. Service-enquiry Telegram alerts contain a reference and service category, without your name, contact details or message. We are not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or other platforms named on this site.
