What we tested on our own enquiry form.
This sample documents work on RankMe's own website and one RankMe-controlled internal test of the existing Local SEO form. It explains what was observed and what remains unverified. It is not a customer success story.
The problem: make the next step clear
Someone reading a service or pricing page may prefer email. They need a form on that page, a clear response after submitting, and an acknowledgement. The business needs the enquiry details to reach its inbox. A button click alone cannot confirm any of that.
What changed on 23 October 2026
We added direct email enquiry forms to the English and Chinese pricing, Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads pages, alongside the existing Local SEO form. This added an on-page email enquiry option. The test described below did not submit these new forms or verify their email delivery.
What we verified on 24 October 2026
On 24 October 2026, Malaysia time, we checked one RankMe-controlled internal submission through the existing Local SEO form on our live site. This test did not submit the pricing, Google Ads or ChatGPT Ads forms added on 23 October. The page showed success and the enquiry was saved as a test. Both the notification to RankMe and the acknowledgement to the test sender were seen in the inbox used for the check. No customer's details were used.
What this does not establish
The submission was a test, not a real business enquiry. The forms added on 23 October were not themselves submitted during this check. One check does not establish delivery for every page, language, device or email provider. Advertising trackers were blocked, so it does not verify advertising-platform conversion reporting. It provides no evidence of more leads or SEO uplift. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Enquiry checks in website work
When discussing a website build or maintenance scope, we can consider the enquiry checks below. Which checks are relevant depends on your site and the work we agree together.
- Which service or pricing pages to check, and whether visitors can find the form and understand the next step on mobile.
- Whether the agreed checks should cover required fields, error messages, the success response and responsibility for replies.
- Whether to include a labelled test, with your permission, to check the saved enquiry and the business and sender emails separately.
- How any agreed report should distinguish tests, contact clicks, received enquiries and qualified leads, and identify what remains unverified.
